Purpose and application

Measurement of transit time and pulse velocity at superficial and through sonic testing
Testing of strength, uniformity and type of concrete, brick and other materials
Detection of voids, cracks and other anomalies, measurement of perpendicular surface crack depth during technological control and inspection of objects
Estimation of concrete maturity degree at solid-cast concreting
Determining of density and elasticity modulus of materials, sonic index of abrasives
Estimation of honeycombing, cracking and anisotropy of materials
Estimation of ultrasonic attenuation

The results are not critical to the pressing force of transducers (patent)
Due to the increased energizing pulse and enhanced correlation "signal – noise", the instrument is efficient at large bases of sonic testing
Universal transducers with automated combination of the transmitter voltage and the receiver gain, ensures an optimum received signal level, guaranteeing accurate and stable measurements
Pulse echo (single side access) transducer with fixed base:
– handle made from superlight and warm material enables to test objects with low density at minimum pulse velocity from 1200 m/sec
– 120 mm base which is necessary to graduate the instrument using sample cubes of 100 mm side
– exponential durable transducers with dry point contact for rough surfaces
