DPG-1Drop weight tester
Purpose
- The drop weight tester DPG-1.2 complies with specifications of the regulatory documents TP BF-STB Part B 8.3 (German Road Standard), ASTM E2835-11. It allows to use common methods and recommendations based on this standard in order to process the obtained data
- DPG-1 is designed in accordance with the dynamic test procedures of fast testing of soils, loose base courses under load conditions approximating those imposed by road traffic to determine the load-bearing capacity (dynamic modulus of elasticity Еd)
- High-bandwidth Vibration Sensor with a high signal-to-noise ratio
- The real absolute measurement error for vibratory displacement does not exceed ±0.02 mm in the range of 0.1-1.0 mm, the relative error is ± 2% in the range of 1.0-2.0 mm
- The detachable design of the impact unit increases mobility and ease of use
- The spherical joint used to position the impact unit onto the round load plate eliminates influence of random angular displacements of the impact unit at the time of dropping the weight
- Calibration of the drop weight tester is performed on the shock bench, which fully simulates real operating conditions
- 2 communication interfaces: wired and wireless
