ONIKS-1.OSPullout tester
Purpose
- Utilizes the cut and pull out test method (GOST 22690) for determining of concrete strength during technological control and inspection of objects
- Can also be used in the non-destructive testing to confirm and correct the calibration characteristics of rebound (ONYX-2.5) and ultrasonic (PULSAR-2) strength testers
- Optional applications (with extra fixtures and accessories) are available to determine the bonding strengths of brick and stone in masonry, adhesives, the holding force of anchors and fixings in construction materials and other bonding for construction based applications
- Based on newly introduced innovative technical solutions to significantly improve metrological and performance characteristics due to the excluding of anchor slippage and stabilizing of a pullout cone (patent)
- Designed to be very compact, lightweight and ergonomical, the tester features two working hydraulic cylinders, connected to the rests, screw fitting of an anchor and a drawbar and self-adjustment of pullout axis to allow simple positioning on testing surface without tilting and slippage, requiring no adjustment and preventing the tester from falling
- Convenient handwheel for the quick anchor prestressing (with the load up to 5 kN) when positioning on testing surfaces
